The Energy Management and Performance Related Energy Savings
Scheme will support energy efficiency efforts in Eastern and
Central Europe. The project will help establish specialised
energy service companies (ESCOs) that provide Monitoring and
Targeting (M&T) energy services to industrial and commercial
clients.
