A song written by Yumiko Hagi and performed at the 9th meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol held in Costa Rica 1996. Tatsushi Hirata also collaborated on the song. In May 2000, UNEP DTIE's OzonAction Programme, along with Japan's Save the Ozone Network (JASON), produced a CD-release of the song in its original Japanese, along with English and instrumental versions. This CD was originally released at the Millennium International Children's Conference on the Environment in Eastbourne, England to show how young people are actively concerned about protection of the ozone layer.
